With extensive skills and experience in manufacturing and engineering, David founded Evolution Seals to deliver bespoke, durable, and affordable sealing solutions.
Before Evolution Seals, David spent over two decades working inside manufacturing environments. He saw the same pattern repeatedly: production teams buying OEM replacement seals that were never designed for the specific application, replacing them every few weeks, and accepting the downtime and cost as the price of doing business.
It does not have to be that way. A correctly specified seal, designed for the actual operating conditions rather than a generic catalogue entry, should last months, not weeks. The total cost of ownership drops dramatically when you stop replacing the wrong seal and start using the right one.
