How we design and manufacture

Specialist Seal Design Software

Proprietary software for modelling seal profiles, material behaviour under operating conditions, and tolerance analysis. This is not generic CAD: it is purpose-built for sealing applications.

CAD Design & 3D Modelling

Full 3D modelling capability for complex geometries, custom profiles, and multi-component seal assemblies. Design files can be shared with your engineering team for integration.

CNC Machining

Precision CNC machining of engineering plastics and polymers for prototype and production seals. Complex cross-sections and tight tolerances are standard capability.

Compression Moulding

Elastomer seals produced via compression moulding for production volumes. Tooling costs are modest compared to injection moulding, keeping custom seals cost-effective.

Material Testing

We can advise on material compatibility testing for your specific media, temperature, and pressure conditions. Getting the material right first time avoids costly field failures.
