EC 1935/2004
The European framework regulation for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. This regulation requires that materials do not transfer their constituents to food at levels harmful to human health, do not change food composition, taste, or odour in an unacceptable way, and are manufactured according to good manufacturing practice (EC 2023/2006).
FDA Compliance
Materials meeting US Food and Drug Administration requirements for food contact. Relevant for manufacturers exporting to the US market or operating under US customer specifications.
Metal Detectable Materials
Food-safe additives incorporated into seal materials that are visible to standard metal detection equipment on production lines. Available across our range of food-grade polymers in blue and custom colours.
Traceability
Every seal we supply for food contact applications comes with full batch-level traceability from raw material through to finished product. Material certificates and declarations of conformity are standard.
